The 22nd Polish Conference of Chemical and Process Engineering, 5–9 September 2016, Spała, Poland - a meeting of scientists and industry practitioners to promote innovative research, industrial technologies and environmental protection!

Spała is an important location for the history of Poland, as well as for…chemical engineering. It was the personage of professor Ignacy Mościcki, former president of Poland and one of the founding fathers of polish chemical engineering, who was connected with Spała. He was also co-initiator of founding Olympic Sports Centre in Spała, where the greatest  polish sportsmen have been trained. In this centre conference will take place.

Spała is a resort in the centre of the country, in former Pilicka Primeval Forest. Spalskie Forests is one of the biggest forest area in central Poland. There is a Pilica River floating through the vast primeval forest, where you will find many protected areas and among them Spalski Landscape Park.

If you’ll visit Łódź - capital city of the region, you will be able to see for yourselves how far the city and its area have come. The traditional industrial and academic center strives to again be seen as a dynamic, modern city by attracting investors, supporting new technologies, intelligent specializations as well as road and transport infrastructure. Outside the city of Łódź, the whole region ever more boldly presents its natural and tourist attractions.
